Our company is an international distributor of health-oriented natural supplements. We're offering an opportunity to a new team member that has mastered the English language and has an interest in health and nutrition.

We believe in changing the world by helping people naturally improve their emotional wellness through the use of dietary supplements. Our supplements include ingredients clinically proven to boost mood, reduce stress, and improve the quality of sleep. We also enhance our customer's lives by providing compassionate customer support, healthful onboarding, and ongoing complementary health and wellness education.

We're offering a full-time employment opportunity (we will consider part-time as well) to a new team member that's a Klaviyo expert, loves building email marketing funnels, and has an interest in health and wellness. This new team member's primary responsibility will be to create and optimize email marketing and onboarding funnels for the following campaigns:

- Welcome
- New to Brand
- Cart Abandon
- Browse Abandon
- Search Abandon
- Buy Again
- Follow-Up
- Ready to Buy
- At-Risk of Leaving
- Churned From Business

Fortunately, we already have email templates that are active on another email marketing platform. Your initial job will be to rebuild our current templates in Klaviyo and then begin the exciting work of optimizing these templates and building new email funnels.


Email marketing is our most important method of communication with our customers. Klaviyo will be a new email marketing platform for our company. Our team needs to understand how Klaviyo is being used to achieve our primary mission of improving our customer's emotional wellness. Types of emails that contribute to this goal include onboarding, customer support, and promoting our education articles. This is where your enjoyment of teaching will come in handy. The team must know how to manage our campaigns and make changes to our marketing funnels. At times, we'll be looking for you to show us how. Ultimately you'll be playing a part in the leveling up the service we provide our customers. You'll also be making a vital impact on our business, which is rapidly ---------- short, we're looking for someone that loves email marketing and is enthusiastic about continually improving their digital marketing skills. And have fun with the process (who wants a job that isn't fun!?!?).

==REQUIRED SKILLS==
ENJOYS EMAIL DESIGN - Designing clean, good-looking, and engaging emails will be your primary responsibility. You should be genuinely excited about crafting emails optimized for high click-through rates (CTR). These emails should also contribute to inspiring our customers to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing.

STRONG ENGLISH - Since the primary responsibility of your position involves some writing, you should be able to compose professionally written emails. Please include the results of your English Proficiency Test.

LOVES TO GET THINGS DONE - We're not big on stress. So, while we will expect you to work efficiently and get things done. Every day, you will tackle a list of prioritized crucial projects. We focus on open communication and getting things done right the first time, but understand mistakes will be made - as long we reflect and learn from these mistakes. We're also open to suggestions on how to improve our current ---------- TAIL ORIENTED - In addition to being a detailed person, you must follow and help improve our systems and processes. To prove that you are detail-oriented and can follow procedures, when you apply for this position, in the subject line of the email, you must include, "I have found my perfect job" in the subject line. DAILY UPDATES - We love open communication. You'll be required to send a daily update answering the following questions:
- What did you do today?
- What problems did you encounter?
- What can I do to help you?
- What ideas for improvements do you have? What do you think we should do differently?

We are looking to bring our new team member on board as soon as possible, but we will spend the necessary time to find the best fit both in mindset and abilities. One way to give you a BIG leg up (but is optional) is to send examples of emails that you've designed, as well as any other pertinent examples of marketing and funnel strategy.
