JOB OVERVIEW

Cooler Insights is a Singapore content marketing agency specialising in content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and brand storytelling.

We have clients ranging from small start-up companies to large MNCs.

We are looking for a virtual assistant to support our growing business. This is a work-from-home position and you must have a fast, stable Wifi connection.

Scope of work:
1. Research on topics for training materials, blog posts, newsletters
2. Translate blog articles into presentations slides
3. Prepare visual assets such as still image design, eBook with common design software
4. Manage email marketing on mailchimp
5. Set-up Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube)
6. Manage and update Social Media Accounts
7. Respond to social media comments
8. Update blog articles (content provided)
9. Manage client project timeline
10. You should have the ability to meet deadlines and flexibility to push through tight timeline when required.

Requirements:
• Min 3 years of experience working as an Virtual Assistant or in a similar position preferred
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Experience with: Gmail/Gsuite and Mailchimp set-up and management
• Graphic design experience with Adobe software
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems a plus
• Social Media management experience will be an advantage for this position
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures
• Good communication skills (written and spoken English)

Equipment Required:
• Newer PC or Mac with Webcam
• Reliable Internet Speed min 10Mbps
• Minimal to no power outage in the area
• Valid NBI Clearance
• 2 valid government IDs

You will be given direct access to our clients online via Email, Google Drive and Whatsapp.
Hence you must have good communication skills (written and spoken English) , the ability to deal with clients directly and handle feedback when it comes to project management.

You should have experience in project management/tracking sites such as Trello and comfortable in using time-tracking software devices such as Hubstaff.
