Need Video Editing / Adobe Premier Expert

I am an internet marketing & etsy shop owner who is looking for someone to help me with video editing

Wages:
-$5 per video with additional wages depending on the work
- About 10-15 videos per month

What this job entails:
- Taking text out of a video or blurring the text of a video (the text is hardcoded onto the video)
- Inputting text with professional transitions (the text will be in another language)
- Replacing the song with a royalty free song
- Inputting a image of the shop name/deal
- Must tell me how they do everything (so I can make sure it's done correctly and legally)

The qualified applicant must possess the following skills:
- Have strong english skills
- Expert in video editing
- Expert in adobe premier
- Be good with subtitle transitions
- Know sources for royalty free songs
