We're a young online media publishing company and currently looking to hire a part time customer service representative to join and pioneer our organization's customer service team.

Your responsibilities:

You will provide email customer support for a number of basic products and processes. Your work load will initially be roughly 2 hours per work day and might be increased along the way. Specifically you will do the following…

- Answer inbound support inquiries (emails);
- Monitor and manage issues coming in and gather required information from customers for troubleshooting purposes;
- Troubleshoot issues;
- Ensure everything you do is documented neatly;
- Communicate with everyone else in the team;
- Document contacts and follow ups in our database.

We're growing fast, so needless to say that we only want the best and most passionate support gurus.

Your skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (US);
- Experience with ZENDESK and WORDPRESS preferred
- Native English speakers preferred;
- Good organizational skills;
- Have an excellent customer service focus;
- Must be able to troubleshoot and just "get" the customers situation;
- Ability to work well with a team;
- Ideally experience in the Customer Service field;
- Web research skills are an absolute given.
