JOB OVERVIEW

We Are Seeking For An ORGANIZED, customer-centric Virtual Assistant to join our small team and provide top-notch service to our customers and ---------- this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

Responds promptly to customers through email, ticket or chat.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Process orders and other relevant requests.
Liaise with the company’s fulfilment partners.
Responding to YouTube comments.
Other relevant tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED:

Experience in e-Commerce and Digital Marketing
Interpersonal skills
Communication skills- verbal and written
Listening skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Attention to detail and accuracy
Data collection and ordering
Customer service orientation
Adaptability
Initiative
Stress tolerance

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk.
Experience with project management tools like Asana.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
Knowledge in the automotive and coaching niches.
