JOB OVERVIEW

The Human Resource Supervisor is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee advising.

• Recruitment and staffing includes preparation of accurate job description, prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions, schedule and organize interviews, conduct reference checks, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment, inform unsuccessful applicants and conduct exit interviews

• Performance monitoring and employee advising includes monitoring of performance (i.e. attendance and compliance to code of conduct) and investigating and understanding causes for violations and recommending solutions to management and advising to the employees.

• Training and development includes planning and conduct of new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives (career development, training needs assessment

• Support to management on human resource and work related issues that include development and implementation of a human resources plan and personnel management policies (i.e. pay and benefits systems, labor standards, safety procedures). Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

Job Qualifications:

• Preferably Bachelor's Degree holder of Pyschology, Behavioral Science;

• At least 3 years of work experience in a Managerial capacity in Employee Relations or Business Partnering;

• Strong interpersonal relationship skills, capable of building partnership across all levels in the Organization;

• Confident, analytical and creative, with ability to create, recommend and lead delivery of HR related projects;

• Strong communication skills both written and in oral;

• Knowledgeable of labor regulations;

• Adaptable to changes, and able to lead, motivate and coach the team in driving Company's Vision
