Personal Assistant (Marketing Agency)

Hello, I am looking for an experienced personal assistant that has worked for a Marketing, Website design or Branding Agency.

Ideally you would have assisted your manager with projects that relate to: sending emails, sending client reminders, sending project updates, following up with staff to ensure projects are on track, notifying clients, calling clients, getting briefs of clients, asking project related questions, speaking and collaborating with our web design team, SEO or Adwords team. Doing web content research, writing papers, checking the work, etc.

Basically pushing and gathering, until the job is done!

In order to do this job well you will ideally to read and write English and be able to speak really, really well.

and ideally you will be open to work 3 or 4 hours during day anywhere from 9am and 3:30pm your local time. The others hrs we can adjust to suit you.

I am open to the number of days you work also, but a minimum i need you 3 days a week.
