Account Manager

Suggested workload: Between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm EST Mon to Fri [35 hours per week]
We are a start-up VoIP+Software company looking for an Account Manager.
General Responsibilities:

Apply your skills and knowledge of business development to manage the entire sale cycle from appointment call to project completion
Schedule and conduct regular meetings with customers to review service quality
Understand UPbooks products and services and present to customers
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the account is properly maintained
Proactively identifies and addresses performance gaps in the sales process
Ensure all sales, operational and other SOPs standards are met and that all applicable SOPs are consistently executed

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years of work experience in a client-facing, advisory role
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Experience working in the telecommunications industry, medical industry or veterinarian industry
Excellent written/verbal communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Effective time management and strong organizational skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience selling or leasing telecommunication equipment is a plus
CRM experience is a plus
2 years of SaaS experience is a plus
Project Management experience is a plus

You will work 35 hours weekly or more depending on the workload for a 100% remote company. You will be responsible for your computer, high-speed internet, a good headset, and quiet work environment.
