Photoshop Designer Required

I am looking for a great Photoshop designer. You should be able to design properly layered templates (both print-quality and screen-quality) with accompanying font lists.

Web Layouts
Business Cards
Posters
Banners
Phone Skins
Laptop Skins
Stickers
Facebook Covers
Twitter Covers
Lower Thirds for Video
