Lead Generation Specialist for a GROWING web company!

Dear Candidates,

We're a Australia based small web company specialising in WordPress and Laravel development. We're looking for an Online Lead Generation Specialist to work with us to help generate leads for website design and development, app design and ---------- eking a candidate that is a good fit with the business and has the qualities below:

* 3-5 years experience in online lead generation through Social Media and/or Freelance sites such as Upwork and Freelancer (dot com)
* MUST have a strong sales and marketing mindset with an understanding of people
* MUST have good spoken and written (email, social media, content) English skills
* MUST be a good problem solver to navigate through hurdles when things aren’t working
* Previous experience with WordPress and website solutions ideal, but any experience in the web or digital industry would be highly preferred
* Client/Account management experience -> will be a bonus
* Content writing for websites and social media -> will be a bonus
* Testing and QA experience -> will be a bonus

Responsibilities:

* Engage in Facebook groups, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin to build relationships and generate leads for the business
* Place bids on web projects in sites like Upwork and Freelancer (dot com) to win projects
* Nurture leads through our sales funnel and prepare leads for conversion
* Contribute to the company’s overall long term sales and marketing strategy
* Account management and handling enquiries and service requests to be passed onto designers/developers
