JOB OVERVIEW

We are a service company in California and are looking for someone who can help us with communicating with our customers. Confirm appointments, follow up for quality and satisfaction assurance to make sure they are happy with our service.

Because we are a growing company we will have different types of needs at different stages and you should be able to adopt to changes and help with different types of tasks at different Upgrade to see actual infoitially we will give less tasks and slowly ramp up / delegate more.

You must be available during the negotiated times and be reliable.
This is a long term position please do not apply if it is temporary for you.
We are looking for someone for a permanent position and to grow with us.

Must have / Be:
-Dedicated to work
-Reliable and punctual
-Very good English speaking and writing skills for communication with customers (Not too formal)
-Detail oriented
-Happy and cheerful personality
-Ready to take on new challenges and tasks

It would be very helpful if you are computer savvy, if you have skills in:
-Excel / google sheets.
-Google phone/voice
-generally tech savvy to provide new ideas to our current and future problems.
