Leads Manager

Hello Future Team Member, We are looking for an experienced individual in making outbound calls to real estate leads regarding selling their property.  We have the systems in place to make the calls smooth and more speedy than the normal process. We are real estate investors who buy 5+ properties a month and look for properties we can buy at a discount.  We need a leads manager who’s an expert who's great in talking, most importantly, following up, sales, and negotiating. We are looking for a professional who can follow up with real estate seller leads.  This is a process where a home owner called our due to marketing we sent them saying we can buy their property cash and close quick.  When you try to call them, most of the time you won’t get in touch with that seller, so you’ll need move that seller lead to a follow up ?le to call them the next day/ week/month.  We need someone who can keep up with the follow up of these seller leads, build great rapport with them, run analysis/comps for the property, and possibly set the appointments so our acquisitions manager can go view the property.  We are focusing on ?nding motivated seller leads who want to sell their property at a wholesale discount. :)
