Looking for a highly organized, self-driven, and customer-focused individual to support sales reps and business owners in ensuring excellent customer experience. You must have a high-energy personality with an infectiously positive attitude, Hard working with B2B sales and lead generation experience. You are ambitious, motivated, and sales-minded, and excels in a dynamic, results-driven environment. You love researching, the internet is your playground!

This is a Remote, Full Time, Work From Home Job that is perfect for someone who wants the convenience of working from home while still contributing and growing with a great team! Your role:

• Implement and manage all lead generation activities daily
• Qualify prospects and initiate engagement via telephone and mass email communication
• Handle the majority of inbound inquiries from clients via phone and email
• Track all results and create a clear reporting system for management
• Sales ---------- lling inbound Working with the sales team, conduct follow up calls to leads and prospects to ensure that they have the necessary product information, quotes, and support throughout the whole sales lifecycle. Pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Update CRM and other online databases with customer information and scheduled tasks.


What your day looks like:

1. Calling database of repeat clients and prospects to qualify and set up future sales opportunities.
2. Contact researching- update addresses, websites, decision-makers, find additional contact info via internet and social media research
3. Research, find and connect with outbound leads via internet research and social media research.
4. Reply to chats and social media messages
5. Recommend and manage campaigns to increase lead generation.

Requirements:

1. Detail Oriented: Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Organization Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Must be assertive yet amicable in handling clients and sales team.
4. Communication Skills: Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Self-Motivated: Be highly motivated, organized, and adaptable.
6. Positive Attitude: Outgoing self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys a small business environment.
7. Highly computer literate and able to learn new software.
8. College graduates with a degree in Business Administration OR a related field OR equivalent experience in customer-facing role.
9. Quiet and effective home-based office environment: Must have a reliable dedicated computer for work and a strong and reliable wired internet connection and back up in case of an outage.
10. SKILLS: Advanced Excel, Quickbooks, Online Savvy, Salesforce or Similar CRM software (Preferred but not required: Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
