JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a strong passion for sales and customer service. We are looking for an energetic, organized and highly motivated Inside Sales Rep who loves building rapport with clients and nurturing relationships and has a proven track record of exceeding client expectations. This is not a hard and pushy sales role. You must be tenacious, positive and able to overcome objections and able to establish trust and credibility through a consultative sales approach. The ones who have succeeded in this position are extremely relational and have proactive follow up skills. Confident, helpful and prompt are the most common words our clients use to describe their favorite reps. Honest, reliable, and go-getter are the most common words our sales manager uses to describe our best reps. You must be comfortable being on the phone all day while doing cross-functional tasks to manage your own pipeline from follow up calls to sending quotes, proofs, and product information all the way to closing the sale. ABOUT US
We are a Florida based sportswear company with factories in Manila, Philippines. We have been making custom sports uniforms for schools, youth sports organizations and we have been a trusted source for corporate orders for big brands, with our uniforms making appearances in movies, Superbowl ads, MTV’s Made and the NBA Celebrity “ELeague”. Through great client relationships and community involvement, we have served hundreds of the best sports teams in the US for 15+ years. We are rebuilding our team by finding and training Sales/Account Manager rockstars from the Philippines to support our US team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Following up on inbound marketing leads via phone, email, and text; qualifying their needs, sending quotes, requesting mock-up designs from our in house designer, submitting the order.
• Following up on our past client list and prospects whose order month is coming up.
• Requesting referrals and testimonials.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within CRM system. Accurately document contact info, activities, status and follow up tasks in our CRM
• Generate reports to project sales, maintain your sales funnel, track and improve your productivity.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• 3+ Years verifiable inside sales or heavy call volume experience and track record of being a top performer. Quota carrying experience a plus.
• Entrepreneur mindset- you treat your job like it's your own business. You are self-motivated, you set your own goals and you have a make it happen attitude while working independently.
• Tech-savvy- skilled in CRM/sales software such as Salesforce and Quetwerks.
• College graduate with a degree from a reputable university or equivalent experience.
• Dedicated home office with a dedicated desktop for work only (not mixed with personal use), a wired and strong internet connection, a noise-canceling headset, and preferably a backup computer and backup internet hotspot connection.
• CAN WORK 930AM-630 AM EST OR 830AM-530PM PST (1030PM-730 AM Manila time OR 930PM-630 AM Manila Time) and is well adjusted to American work time (cannot have a day time job)
• BONUS: Plays sports or loves sports!
