Seeking a new team ---------- Real Estate firm seeks a new team member to join its new firm.

Weekly tasks will include:

Looking up properties that are sent to you each day and updating a spreadsheet to show the comps for each properties from various sources.
Posting ads daily to Craiglist for properties that we are trying to sell.
Updating our CRM with info from the tasks above.

Skills we are looking for:

Proficiency in typing, using Word, Excel, Power Point and internet skills.

Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Calendar.

Proficiency in social media.

Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities.

Warm, engaging, and inviting personality.

Motivation to provide excellent customer service skills.

Great time management skills.
