VA Manager

Popular UK furniture business specialising in sofas and bedroom furniture is now hiring a project manager / team leader to streamline the brand in a creative way and help boost sales as well as manage an existing VA sales and after sales team.

What’s required
You’ll be overseeing, managing and tasking current staff day-to-day on set tasks and targets provided by directors, you’ll be responsible directly for sales figures, marketing campaigns and customer service.

You’ll have daily communication with senior management who will provide you with ideas and guidelines to help the brand grow successfully and you’ll relay information back to your core team to help implement.

Skill sets that the brand need from a leader are
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Experience using technology like CRMs, Instagram,??Facebook, Ticketing
- Knowledge on how paid social media ad campaigns operate
- Creative flair!
- A good understanding of sales and customer care.

- Demonstrable experience in developing, coaching and mentoring

Build our documentation and training library so as issues arrive we build our systems to cover that issue should it arise again.

Your day-to-day operation will be liaising with your team to make sure new and existing ideas and set in place and working.

Working with your team on how to get the best return on investment and retain new and existing clients
