Lead Manager for Real Estate Investment Company

We are a real estate investment company that specializes in buying and selling deeply discounted off-market properties.

I am looking to fill a Virtual lead manager position. Essential duties will be taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to prospect and prescreen seller leads to receive an offer on their property. Making offers on behalf of the company and getting Purchase Agreements signed. Also following up and keeping communication with clients.

30 Hours a week $3hr starting pay plus commission
$50 per signed agreement
$250 per closed transaction

Pay increase after the first 90 Days!

* Contact warm provided leads and qualify the seller's property to sell through our program
* Be able to evaluate homes
* Successfully overcome objections
* This is a sales position and sales experience is required
* All training and scripts are provided, but must already have the foundation of a sales agent
