Director of Operations for a Veterinary Group

We are an ambitious group of companion animal veterinary practices who are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to implement the playbooks and scale the current business model.

This is a full-time position.

Elements of this role will include:
- Implementing the current playbooks across the teams of the four practices
- Coaching
- Training
- Development of KPIs
- Leading daily huddles and weekly meeting
- Innovating upon the current playbooks
- Assuming responsibility for the performance of each practice

You will have a bright and eager team to support you, although this will require significant past operations experience and the ability to lead and drive team members.
