Pure Digital is looking for a Process Owner for our Lead Research and LinkedIn Marketing department.

As a Process Owner, you will use a mix of research, organizational, and strong analytical skills to identify unique identifiers among hundreds of leads so we can customize our approach from the marketing side. You will not need to research and generate leads, but you will be handed a daily number of leads you need to conduct research on and interact with together with a highly-skilled team. This is a full time role which you can't rush through. Attention to detail and daily time investment through the process will be very critical and can be the fine line between success and failure.

Responsibilities:

- Articulation and comprehension. You will report to clients (sometimes), managers, directors, and even the CEO on the phone. You will be asked for your opinion. You need to be able to convey ideas well and comprehend instruction perfectly. If your English is anything below 8 out of 10, I apologize but you will have a hard time in this role. Grammarly will not help you. If you are not confident, please do not apply for this role.
- Work a minimum 40 hrs a week
- Graveyard shift (work shift could be between 9am to 9pm EST, Monday to Friday)
- Manage lead board by going through the documented process
- Conduct research primarily through LinkedIn and other means necessary
- Read through thousands of words per shift (you will be required to read posts, comments, articles, etc to find what you are looking for)
- Read through context and pick out information critical for campaigns
- Organize workload per day to maintain efficiency
- Technical knowhow required to understand tracking process and suggest improvements
- Communication and collaboration
- A proven problem-solver, can understand a situation and come up with a plan of action and get to a solution
- Ability to organize information, track priorities and hold people accountable
- Researching & summarizing - research needed to find the latest trends or data needed to solve a problem
- Friendly and nice - you need to get along. If people don't like working with you, you can't do this job
- Always have a customer service type of mindset when working with everyone.
- Always looking to improve the process

Qualifications:

- Fresh grads welcome! This is not an entry level role, but we aim to attract people with the right attitude. Skills you need in this job can be trained.
- Immaculate spoken and written English
- Able to comprehend instruction well
- Resourceful - can find solutions themselves
- Technical - able to learn new tools without much effort
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in writing; positive customer service experience, including managing difficult situations and difficult people
- Problem solver
- Go-getter / Self-starter
