Marketing and Prospecting

I am an up and coming Real Estate Investor. I focus on the buying side of the South East Florida Real Estate market. I am going to be growing rapidly during 2015 and need a GREAT Assistant who can help us grow and expand our business. This is a temporary initially, however would very much like to keep the person full time for a long period of time. I can provide training to the right individual to help them work for my specific needs over the course of this coming year.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Online Marketing:

Create and post ads for Craigslist and Backpage
Create and send Marketing pages to email lists

Prospecting:

Search Zillow and other sites for Properties that I describe

Phone calls:

Possible in coming phone calls but not immediately (not required for job interview)

Experience in these areas is a plus especially if performed for other people in Real Estate. I am an investor not an Agent so the job is a little bit different than one performed for a Real Estate Agent in the past but not much different. I can provide training if needed. This is a full time job, the prospecting will be the majority of your time. Creating and posting Craigslist ad will also take a fair amount of time also. If you have experience with research this is also a plus but not required.
