Seeking Outbound Sales Associate

We're seeking a veteran outbound telephone sales expert with experience in sales, collections, and/or appointment setting.

We're Century 21 Masters, the 16th largest Century 21 Real Estate Company in the world and we're seeking to hire a seasoned outbound sales professionals who act as our Real Estate Agent recruiters.

*Skilled sales professionals can realistically expect to earn $1500 - $2,500+ (PHP 76, ---------- ,000+) per month (salary + bonuses).

What you'll be doing.

- You'll be the single point of contact for prospective real estate agents to join our company.
- you will reach to local Real Estate Agents, build rapport and relationships, identify motivation and needs and CLOSE them for an appointment with a member of our executive staff.
- You will pre-qualify and confirm all appointments.
- When the appointment shows up, you get paid a bonus! if they don't show up, you'll follow-up and reschedule.
- When the agent joins our company, you get paid a bigger bonus that is based on the agent's last 12-months of sales production.
- If they don't sign up right away, then you will continue to follow up until they do.

Requirements

- Must have outbound telephone dialing experience and dialing 100+ calls a day is no big deal.
- Must have experience in sales, collections, and/or appointment setting.
- Must be able to communicate in English with a Neutral Accent.
- Must have experience working in an active sales pipeline.
- Must be able to work 9AM - 5PM (PST (GST -7)) | 12AM - 8AM (PHT (GST +8))
- Must have a working computer with minimum specs Intel Pentium 3 Processor and 4GB RAM.
- Must have a noise-canceling call center headset.
- Must have reliable internet, power and a quiet place to work.
