Hey, I run an Ad Agency that's looking for a
Requirments:
- Be creative and comfortable with unorthodox and bold thinking
- Minimum of $300k ad spend for reputable e-commerce clients
- Screenshare at least 1 client account during our interview (Via Zoom), I will sign a non-disclosure if necessary.
- Strong understanding of your own edge (What makes your service different)
- Fluent in English
- Capacity for 5+ accounts
- Be open to a long-term working relationship
- Thrive in a efficient, remote, startup environment where teamwork is important, but working autonomously is essential
- Have case studies
Job Responsibilities:
- Full Control over E-commerce client
- In-depth research process using clients past ads, data, audience insights, competitors ads, google analytics etc..
- Mapping out funnel that retargets the full spectrum of warm and hot traffic.
- Setting up all ads, including some copywriting and segmenting audiences appropriately.
- Clear testing structure with minimum thresholds for all applicable KPIs
- Daily campaign optimization
- Scaling accounts sustainably with a minimum 3x ROAS target
Pay is on a client-by-client basis. Flat fee
You will get plenty of opportunity for client work, we don't twiddle our fingers and waste time. We will soon be implementing performance-based incentives, good luck hope to speak soon.
