Looking for a Virtual Marketing Manager. This person will will work for a company that provides consulting and other services for clients. He/she will be directly responsible for executing on a marketing plan involving the following:
- Managing Google Adwords account, helping to manage the strategy, fix keywords, exclude negative keywords and other things to get maximum value for the client.
- Working with sub-contractors who are providing blog content. Helping to edit and clean-up the content, denying poor quality articles, helping set keywords and needed phrases, and other things related to the content.
- Posting blog articles in word press, formatting articles correctly for maximum SEO value, inputting keywords, creating meta descriptions, locating and purchasing images on image site, cropping and formatting images for use on the blog post, using an SEO plugin to optimize the post, and publishing it.
- Working within InfusionSoft to set up campaigns, create landing pages, set InfusionSoft processes, and other related items related to InfusionSoft management.
- Working with graphics contractors when needed to design brochures or other graphics material. Ensure quality in all aspects.
- Posting and following a schedule to post blog posts and other content to social media sites namely Facebook, Facebook pages, twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media sites.
- Use email marketing programs such as constant contact to design/create and send out newsletters and other emails, that will contain information, branding, links and other content.
- Do occasional Internet research when needed on various products, services, and companies
- Occasionally do minor and simple video and audio editing for marketing related items. By minor I am referring to adding an intro or exit, adding a transition, adding an audio track, cutting parts out and general clean-up and then conversion to the appropriate format and upload to YouTube or other related website.
-Managing and creating Facebook ads according to a budget and target market.
- Occasional WordPress maintenance, backups, and other things. Also will be a primary point of contact with the web designer to make sure changes get done.
The right person will have excellent written communication skills and know how to use proper grammar, punctuation and sentence structure.
Will need to work at a fast pace and be able to perform a broad set of functions. Would prefer that the individual work at least part of the day during US central time in order to keep up a daily rhythm of communication.
Clients that you will be working with work in the IT Services industry and business consulting industry.
