Online Marketing Manager

We are group of companies based in Dubai, having office in Makati, Qatar, India.

We are into services & products business.

We intent to hire a person who can start up the online marketing division for our group.

Career Definition
Responsibilities can vary widely according to the needs of the company. You be in charge of the online marketing team and responsible for client and partner acquisition and retention. Other duties include tracking and evaluation of marketing initiatives, collaborating with designers, working with the sales and client support teams and identifying new online marketing opportunities and trends.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing online marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue for a company. You should be able maximize the technical and creative opportunities afforded by the breadth of Web-based static and social marketing in order to attract customers to the services/products we office. Aspects of launching a campaign include design, development, advertising and transactions

You must develop an online marketing plan, conduct research and utilize the most current strategies in order to position the services/products in the marketplace. Other tasks include supervising search engine marketing campaigns, tracking results, analyzing statistics and working with clients. It's important to keep an eye out for new online marketing opportunities.



Skills Required
You must be flexible, creative, project and time management skills, business savvy and excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experience with social media, product launches, web tools, search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) is also required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar field is must.

This position is based at Makati and full time office job. Initially you will start of the responsibility by yourself and as in required you will be responsible to hire the team.
