JOB OVERVIEW

• Manage shipments that have been booked by Ezyhaul & customers from pick-up to final delivery
• Actively liaise with customers and transport companies in relation to active shipments
• Troubleshoot shipments that encounter issues (truck breakdown, rejections, delays, etc.) and actively support mitigation between Ezyhaul, customers and transportation vendors
• Ensure all shipment related costs are accurate and updated in the system
• Follow-up on POD returns with transport vendors
• Manage the performance of transport vendors and ensure that they follow the customer SOP& and safety procedures
• Ensure that the drivers make correct and timely updates for each shipment using the driver application
• Manage carrier performance, especially in case of repeated non-compliance
• Support training sessions for Ezyhaul’s clients
• Support training sessions for Ezyhaul’s transport vendors
• Sign up carriers on Ezyhaul & platform
• Provide support to carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
