Seeking a Telemarketing Super STAR to work with a Real Estate Agency in Australia

Looking for an awesome telemarketer to help us with our growing real estate company.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Conducting lead generation calls and managing leads
• Setting sales appointments for the Super Agent
• Database management
• Achieving call targets
• Continuous striving to improve call outcomes

As the successful Telemarketing Sales Consultant, you will be:
• Competitive and focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience as Telemarketer or indirect sales
• Experience in a similar role
• An exceptional articulate communicator skills
• A self-motivated achiever, with an outgoing, confident and energetic manner
• Passionate for providing the best service possible
• Competent computer skills
• Experience in Real Estate is an advantage but not essential.

We are a boutique real estate agency - Xperience Realty based in Brisbane, Australia and we would like to think of ourselves as the Google and Apple of the real estate industry. Always innovating and coming up with great ideas.

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, great English speaking, and writing communication. Must have excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail. Familiarity with Trello would be great as well.

Looking for someone with the right attitude that is willing to go above and beyond, work hard, and to be part of something super cool!

Must have a good and reliable internet connection. VOIP phone set up will be a bonus.

Starting salary will be PHP 15,000 per month and every subsequent month after that, you will receive a pay rise of PHP 1,000 until you reach PHP 20,000, and then it will be judged by performance.

Additionally, you will also receive a bonus of 1000 PHP for every lead that you generate which gets converted into actual closed business.
