Organize content for online lessons

I am creating an online membership site that will provide lesson and learning material for local business owners. I have the content including video and word docs that need to be organized and presented in a uniform and standard format. You would take existing content and upload to Amazon S3 cloud storage, change some of the word doc content, and learn the membership program that I use.
