Sales / Marketing Assistant

An Apartment/ Rental Housing Management Company is looking for sales oriented individuals to work with the public in the US. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone that loves the art of selling, a fast pace environment and has great people skills! If you enjoy talking to people and can see yourself helping people find apartment homes or rental housing, we would like to speak with you. The position will perform the following tasks:

• Perform remote routine and virtual activities such as greeting, touring prospective clients of their future home, building relationships with prospective clients / new residents, as well as existing residents that may renew their lease, conduct follow-up and marketing functions, and all other duties as directed. Answer inbound Sales Calls and Set Appointments.
• Bonding and Rapport with Prospects looking for new homes and existing residents that want to renew their lease. Genuinely show interest in people and assisting them.
• Ask questions of prospects on their needs and timing and be able to match their needs with the apartment home inventory.
• Value Selling—making a case to a prospect on the value of your apartment home vs. someone else. Why is your home better than the competition?
• Overcome objections as they arise and provide solutions to potential concerns.
• Create Urgency. Why should a prospect lease from you instead of someone else and why now? But be able to do it without being over bearing. Pressure Sales are discouraged.
• Close on Sales Leads and Renewal Opportunities.

Experience, Education, Knowledge:
Sales or leasing experience,
Superior English Language Skills, Must speak and write in English well.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, able to plan.
Be Likeable and Natural on the phone or video monitor.
Follow through on work,
Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
Work as part of a team.
Craigslist Ads, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel experience helpful
Be able to work night and weekend shifts.
