JOB OVERVIEW

I am a small new start-up company looking for someone who can wear multiple hats while providing exceptional organizational and customer skills. I am looking for someone that can hit the ground running and help my company to grow. Currently, I have little to no clients and would like that status to change with your help. My primary goal is to increase revenue while becoming dominant on social media in my line of business.
Background: All Starr Floor Care Solutions, LLC is a family owned and operated business located in Baltimore, Maryland. We provide floor care and janitorial services to all types of business. Our floor care services include, floor stripping and waxing, deep scrub and recoating, carpet cleaning, janitorial services, building maintenance services for offices, churches, retail, restaurants, basically any building that have floors.
Please read the job requirements in its entirety and let me know if you have all the 4 described skill sets. I am only considering someone who can meet EVERY expectation. NO EXCEPTTIONS
1. Sales/Marketing Manager: Create a database of prospects and generate leads from using LinkedIn and other platforms. The purpose is to generate new leads and keep track of all prospects.

Experienced: Salesforce. There is a spreadsheet already generated and I will need those organized and exported to Salesforce.

Expectations: I need at least 20-25 leads per hour entered in the database.

2. Social Media Manager: Post relevant content using pictures, company logo, videos and appropriate hashtags. Post 3 times a day for each social media outlet. FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok and YouTube.

Experience: Loomy

Expectations: Every Friday create and schedule relevant material for the following week. For example, you would research and find relevant content based on the company’s audience and then schedule the post to occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

: 8:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
INSTAGRAM: 8:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

TWITTER
: 8:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
LINKEDIN: 8:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
TIKTOK: As appropriate.
YOUTUBE: As appropriate.

3. Website: Update company’s website periodically.
Experience: Wordpress

4. Personal Assistant: Prepare applications for company such as insurance, licenses and state applications to get approval for current bids within the State. Other Adhoc projects when needed.

5. Telephone: Must have good English skills to make and receive calls on behalf of the company.

Expectation: You are expected to answer the phone at all time while working. You will receive a 30 minute break at the agreed upon time. Otherwise, you are required to always answer the phone.
