Amazon FBA Wholesale Expert

I am looking for a full time employee who has a great deal of experience starting and growing an Amazon Store built on the wholesale model.

The person I am looking for is smart, driven, can communicate well, experienced (at least 5 years in the FBA wholesale business), speaks great English, knows how to research the right products and knows how to sign up with distributors and manufacturers, understands un-gating product categories, can negotiate product pricing, can use spreadsheets and can clearly lay out what a Return on Investment will look like for each product.

I am looking for a leader who can start with just themselves and can hire and scale the business and the team when growth happens. The person I hire will have a profit share in this business.
