Customer Support and Data Team

FatSecret is looking for a customer support and data entry expert.

The primary role is to respond to users who contact us by email with a helpful text based answer and to also assist with data entry of nutrition information for foods. You will use our internal, easy to use tools to respond to customers as well as provide feedback to the rest of our product and QA team.

You will be given considerable training and support and become an important part of our team.

Required:
- dedicated home office set up in a separate room
- high speed internet
- strong verbal and written skills are required
- review our mobile app and provide a written response in your application to the question: "I am very frustrated, I can't login with my member name and password, what should I do?"
