Excellent Virtual Assistant (Data Entry, Social Media Management)

I am looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant who's initial primary role is data entry and social media manager You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.
Your Top Tasks Will Be
*Creating Profiles for new businesses on our Social Platform
*Creating and Posting Social Media Content For Our Facebook, Instagram, & Linkedin
*Data Capture and Entry for Real Estate Team

Pay: 425/Month With Major Bonuses Beginning 2021
You must be available for full time hours. Must Demonstrate Intention For Long Term Commitment and Growth.

*You can work what ever time you want so long as daily tasks are completed.
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.
*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses (will require management of 2 additional hires in the future), if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.
About Me:
I have two businesses. Fidacity (Manager for Las Vegas) and A Real Estate Team. I have primarily earned my living over the last 4 years from generating clients from online advertising. I have worked with various assistants in the real estate world and all have been very happy to work with me and my team.
