Great Opportunity for Digital Project Manager - Great Benefits - Full Time

We need a talented Digital Project Manager that will become the glue that ties our operation together and helps us produce all the cool projects we have in our pipeline! You are going to work with a team of developers, automation specialists and other Subject Matter Experts to produce results on a wide range of tech and tech-related projects.

Responsibilities:

*Aid in the creation of User Stories for new projects, break them down in to projects and tasks, then delegate responsibilities to team members

*Juggle multiple projects at once and keep the team moving forward

*Create implementation plans to help key stakeholders launch newly developed tools

*Manage multiple team members & resources across time zones

*Quality Assurance of all newly created items to ensure they meet original user story requirements

*Communicate with all team members regularly and ensure that projects are completed

Required Skills:

*Broad technical knowledge - HTML, CSS, Javascript, exposure to other languages, strong understanding of UI & UX design standards, low code strategies, online tool awareness, database design & data architecture, automation tools, API connections

*Knowledge of Project Management Software & Methodologies - extremely organized and great time prioritization

*User Story Creation / Mock Up Tools such as Balsamiq or others

*Interest in new technologies

*Business Process Analyst / Root Cause Analysis experience

*People Leader - ability to motivate team members

*Amazing Communicator - speak and write English clearly and succinctly

*Strong Attention to Detail

Compensation:

$85,000PHP monthly salary + 13th Month
*Paid national Regular Holidays (10 days) and national Special Holidays (8 days)
*Paid Vacation Days (7 days per year)
*Health Insurance Contributions after 60 Days ($3,000PHP per month)
*Retirement Plan contribution after 1 Year (1 month’s salary annual contribution / 14th Month Pay)
