JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a very important and unique person for our business: the Chief Thumbnail Creator.

We're looking for a Humble Leader who's obsession is their art of creating amazing thumbnails. This person is someone who enjoys contributing ideas and sharing their thoughts with the business while they do their job. The goal is to make more money the harder you work and to grow into a full time position once you are proven for years to come. You w ill also enjoy the ability to work from ---------- 's not about creating a pretty or attractive thumbnail, it's about the psychology of what goes viral.

Here are just some of the criteria that you would need to meet to get
hired within our organization:

- Must own a computer
- Have a high speed Internet connection.
- Can speak, read, and write English well.
- Ability to work from home without distractions.
- Willing to learn new things and can be easily trained to do other skills.
- Flexible work schedule (20-40 hours per week. May be required to work
holidays and weekends)

HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Must have knowledge of American culture and ----------
- Attention to detail
- Familiar with Trello software for communication
- 1-3 years proven experience creating Viral Quality Thumbnail art
- Great communication
- Positive attitude
- Familiar with and knows how to gather OPC.
- Knows and understands and has previously worked with YouTube policies
and guidelines regarding copyright infringement
- Must have or can get a free account set up with Transferwise. We do not use the PayPal payment platform.
