Customer Service Team Member Wanted

We are looking to grow our company and recruit another customer service team member. As a member of our team you will be responsible for helping to keep our customer relations strong. The role will require good English communication skills and understanding of the issue in hand. The job will mainly be computer based and revolve around answering customer emails relating too there order. You will also be expected to call the carrier and report any issues we may have. Due to the time difference between countries the working hours will be 4pm to 12am Philippines Time. You will work 5 days a week which will include weekends
Good English is essential both written and spoken. Full training will be given - Computer and dual screens is required
