Urgent!! Virtual Assistant

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for potential candidates for Virtual Assistant. We will start a probation on a part time job to see if you are a good fit for us. If all is good we will convert you into full time.

Main Job Responsibilities:
-handle all admin related tasks. Including: Replying To Emails, Managing User Subscriptions, Managing Social Media Accounts, Uploading Content. Scheduling Meetings, Research, Management of eCommerce Store etc.



Position Requirements:
*English is a must. You must be able to speak/read/write fluent English.
*MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE as a virtual assistant
*Must have experience with eCommerce platforms -Magento or Shopify.
*Flexible to work on USA or Filipino time.
*Flexibility to work on weekends
*Must be available to instantly go live on skype when needed.
*Attention to details is important.
*Strong mathematical and analytical skills
*Strong Excel and google sheets skills to create complex formulas and handle large amounts of data
*Strong research skills
