JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Full-Time Creative Digital Content Writer who can write us eye-catching and sensible blogs, articles in English about our Chatbot Creator and Marketing Suite. Must be familiar with Content Strategy and SEO, if you've worked with Chatbots and now Strategies, that's definitely a plus. You're expected to create compelling blog posts, white papers, product descriptions, social media content, and web copy. Are you that legend who will help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content?

We'd like to start with blog posts, but we're open to listening to any strategy you'd like to run as well. This means you get full power on the content marketing side of things. And this job can lead to becoming Head of Content. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive ---------- O writing skills are highly appreciated as well. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. Make sure you have it. Our ideal candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines.

Creative Digital Content Writer responsibilities and duties:

- Create Creative Content campaigns to drive leads
- Use on-page SEO best practices (we use Yoast Plugin for WordPress to help out)
- Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and white papers
- Edit content produced by other members of the team
- Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
- In your application, before you introduce yourself please begin with writing a few sentences about your most favorite beverage.

Examples of Content Writer skills we'd like to see:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent grasp of the English language
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics
- Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Creative and innovative thinker and planner
- Confident in producing work across multiple platforms
- Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas
- Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs

- Extensive knowledge of the company, brand, and product preferred
- The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and is a problem-solver.
