-we DONT use pre made theme and customize a bit this is a FULL ON customization from scratch every time every websites
-PSD to wordpress 95% of the time
-follow instructions/details
-monitoring software
-daily skype with video/microphone
-guaranteed 30 hours up to 50 hours a week but usually 40 hour week
-start time 4 pm PST
