I am looking for a full-time virtual assistant to help me with various tasks in running my business.
This job will include transcription of recordings and transforming that transcription into
articles for blogging,
article marketing
social media posts/memes and other content uses.
Your most vital skill is the ability to write English fluently and naturally. But will expand to other things, depending on your skill level. These skills are required:
- Understanding spoken English and the ability to write in English fluently.
- A strong base in Microsoft word, including editing using headers, table of contents, etc.
- Familiarity with WordPress. (I don't need a web designer, but someone who can create and edit in WordPress and understands the basic coding needed for wordpress.)
- Strong social media experience - such as
I will train you in all these areas using videos and specific instructions on what I am looking for. I have worked with Filipino assistants for years and I will help you be successful. I am looking for someone who will be with my team for a long, long time.
So, don't worry if you're not really strong in all of these. As long as you are strong in your written English language skills and willing to learn.
Additional skills that are not required but would be welcomed - Graphic Design/Canva and video/audio editing.
