Facebook Ads Manager/Copywriter

Each client will be working with us for a minimum of 3 months.

Job Description
Summary
The Facebook Ads Manager is responsible for creating Facebook ad campaigns to support the growth of our eCommerce business clients. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of how to advertise eCommerce businesses on Facebook and copywriting.

Our sub-niche is sustainable products. So it is more preferred if you have experience selling these kinds of products though it is not a must.

Responsibilities
• Create copy for ads
• Drives campaigns from planning to execution to achieve KPIs
• Evaluates how to optimize marketing activities to improve ROI
• Allocates budgets, as well as analysis and recommend modifications to ad spends
• Collaborates with copywriter to guide the creation of written content in A/B creative tests
• Explores new marketing opportunities and optimizes marketing budgets to reduce and maximize cost per acquisition
• Interfaces with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams
• Leads ongoing management of digital touchpoints, including homepage and top-level sections, social networking landing pages, and mobile
• Provides weekly reports to clients
• Provides daily one-liner updates to manager, even if the update is no update
• Communicates with team and client via Slack and Zoom

Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in Facebook marketing
• In-depth knowledge and work experience in Facebook Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Facebook Pixel and sales funnels
• Knowledge in CRM and landing pages
• Must be analytical in setting up display ads and retargeting across vertical, targeting/segmentation, evaluate channel performance, forecasting of campaigns, collect and examine consumer insights to develop creative marketing acquisition tactics, monitor analytic dashboards that will assist them in all of the above
• Possesses strategic skills to be able to set up, manage and optimize campaigns, source and implement effective/optimal keywords, and measure their performance, understand our products and out direct/indirect competitors to understand gaps in the industry,
• Must be an effective decision-maker and understands key performance metrics on different channels, allocate and modify budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI
• Good background and working knowledge to various levels of campaigns with multiple ad platforms
• Holds decisiveness and collaborative skills to effectively communicate and collaborate across team and reports to management about campaign status
• Self-motivated, well-organized and can manage multiple projects independently
• Effective in written and oral communication
• Must be fluent in English
