Our fast growing online education company looking is looking to hire a talented virtual assistant to run customer support services and help our product development team launch new products to market.

As a VA to the boss of the company, you will have the opportunity to learn many new career enhancing skills and interact and serve customers from around the globe. You will work with A Players (smart, creative and highly skilled people) on new projects and get to manage your own projects and assigned work streams without being micro managed. You'll be given assignments and the freedom to get them done as you decide. You will also get lots of support if you need it.

To begin with you will report direct to the MD. You will receive intensive training on all aspects of your role from a fellow team member and receive access to mufti-thousand dollar training courses to help you be your best. Potential and results will be rewarded and you won't be treated like a 'cog' in some company, but a valued team member.

You role will be to support the MD in setting up marketing communications, working on new product launches, delivering great post sale customer support (via online ticket system) and working with other to implement the company's objectives. If you've got good ideas on how to improve what we do, you'll be encouraged to share them and given real responsibility. Plus be paid well and have the opportunity to grow your salary the more value you create.

To begin you will start on a 3 month probation, reporting directly to the MD and work minimum of 20 hours per week on assignments (where you get to learn our systems and show your potential!) If you show promise you will have the opportunity to work full time and define areas where you'd like to develop expertise and get further training and development. This role will be delivered entirely virtually, so you can work from home, with flexible hours, have a boss who really supports you and get paid well (plus learn lots and be encouraged to grow.)

Minimum requirements for the role:

* Excellent written and oral English skills
* Must be competent with computers
* Type 30+ WPM
* Have reliable internet connection
* Have at least 12 months experience in a similar VA outsourcing role
* Able to work well as part of a team and also be capable of managing yourself
* Good problem solver and resourceful
* Eager to learn and grow and have real responsibility
* Keen to prove themselves and create value every day (not simply 'turn up' to a job)
* Be reliable and results driven

Desirable requirements for the role:

* 12 months + experience with Internet marketing
* Experience with CRM and responder systems such as Infusionsoft, Aweber
* Competent with basic HMTL WYSIWYG editors (Dreamweaver etc)
* Experience with Social Media and traffic generation
* Managed other people or 3rd party vendors before
* Previous experience in customer service/support role
