Operations Support Specialist VA

Position: Cebu & Davao based VA for a 60-90 day ---------- ndidate should have a solid background in customer support, and fluent in cebuano/bisaya, tagalog, and English.

While we don’t expect a heavy load, you must be available 9 hrs a day (on demand). Tasks include:

- Client support (phone and online)
- Daily reports
- Light marketing (online)

Qualifications:
- own laptop/PC
- own smartphone (optional new sim will be provided with load allowance)
- proficient in MS office suite
- Preferably with experience in proprietary CRM’s

This is for a POC so we will adjust as we go in terms of hours and rates depending on what we learn. Our whole team is based in Metro Manila and will provide you with intensive, on-call support.
