Resume Writer/ Article writer

I am looking for a person who has strong english, Writing and Talking. Must be strong in writing and able to research from time to time.

Good people person able to help them with resumes etc.

Graphic design qualities would be a plus.

Web site maintenance would also be needed
FB at social media expertise is also an advantage

I would need to have a Skype interview in the first instance and some references or examples of your work.
