Job Description
You will be responsible for development planning, quality controlling, coaching and training, hands on coding. The successful candidate would have strong communication skills to communicate with product manager on business requirements; with design team manager regarding UI design/usability; and with QA manager to clarify the bugs, issues and defects.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our existing e-retail platforms including website, mobile site, merchandising system and order management system.
• Provide solutions or suggestions during the project design stage.
• Design and code new features or system according to the requirements or functional specification
• Be involved in the software testing and quality assurance when necessary.
• Write or maintain the relevant technology documentation.
• Help and train junior developers in their programming skills.
• Be able to work under high pressure and willing to be lead developer for the project.
• Record all the development work into I.T. ticket system.

The candidate will have the following competencies:

• Have strong PHP / MySQL (LAMP) programming experience (3+ years)
• Be familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML; be organized in using the codes (3+ years)
• Zend Framework knowledge/experience is a plus
• Experience on E-commerce system developing industry (3+ Years), has passion for E-commerce
• Experience with standard software development tools like Subversion
• Strong Object-Oriented design/development skills
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines
• Good written/verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
• Have a positive attitude with a genuine desire to move forward in career
• Willing to work in Philippine or working in China if position requires
