JOB OVERVIEW


We are a real estate investment company looking to add to our ever growing sales team. Our average sales person starts out around 701259.39 PHP a year plus bonuses. Our top Follow Up Specialists make up to 1118008.50 PHP a year. We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet when having a conversation. You would need to have excellent english skills with little to no accent. We are not expecting you to be an expert in the real estate field: We do expect you to be an expert with talking on the phone and communication with leads. If you can prove that you are motivated, a great talker and deserve to be on our team then here is your chance. We are looking for someone to:

• make outbound calls to our leads in our CRM using our Dialer.
• speak to sellers following a script
• determine if a seller meets our criteria/ Pillars
• Pass of the warm leads to our inhouse sales team.
- Learn our sales process
- Improve and advance in our growing company

You will spend the majority of your time on the phone. Qualities we are looking for in our Calling Agent applicants include:

• a pleasant phone voice
• Excellent to Near-Perfect English-Speaking Skill
• reliable and productive, with or without management watching
• able to work independently, but not afraid to ask if help is needed
• patience
• self-motivated
• fast learner
• positive & CAN-DO attitude
• can follow rules & policies

Requirements:
Cannot be afraid of rejection.
• High speed internet (preferably 20 mbps or higher) – will be tested
• Fast computer (preferably i5 processor or higher)
• Fast learner
• Ambitious and hungry to create quality leads, generate sales appointments, and earn bonuses
• Moderate computer skills
• Experience with XenCall Dialer is a plus, but not necessary (training provided)
• Team player, coachable, and willing to learn every day
• Organized, responsible, and have quick responses of communication
• A quiet place to work
• Noise CANCELLATION HEADSET
• Minimum 1 year experience on outbound phone sales
