JOB OVERVIEW

Growing ecommerce company looking to hire a home based/virtual assistant to help with running online shops. We manage multiple brands. Our stores are currently on Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy. We are willing to train you on the platforms/tasks and will be hiring based on your general skillset. You would be joining a fun, creative and fast paced team.

Our ideal team member will be a super computer savvy, independent worker. They will have a great attention to detail and will be able to learn new tasks on an ongoing basis. This position is currently part time to start, with advancement in hours and role within the company available. You must be punctual and trustworthy! Must be willing to meet virtually with team on a regular basis. Job Description:
Assist in managing the brands across multiple sales channels with tasks such as:
-Customer email support
-Creating new product listings
-Maintaining company feedback score/ managing reviews on Amazon & Etsy
-Opening support tickets for issues on Amazon and Etsy- being able to troubleshoot and find resolution
-Managing sales/coupons
-Sending customer email follow ups.
-Reconciling shipments/reports
-Preparing reports
-Monitor Inventory levels
-Other administrative tasks to be determined.

Job Requirements:
-Can provide EXCELLENT and FRIENDLY ???? customer service via email
-Able to work consistent hours
-Have high speed internet connection, a functional computer setup
-Be willing to learn new things and be trained
-Available to assist with customer service on the weekends

Hours/Location:
Hours are TBD, you need to be able to work daily but the times are negotiable.
