The UI/UX developer is responsible for the website or application experience of visitors. UI/UX Developers must have a great understanding of user behavior and can be viewed as a part psychologist and part web developer.

The UI/UX developers must be able to completely understand how to align business/marketing goals with technology.

Job Description/ Why We’re Hiring:
We’re looking for a UI/UX developer who will take a key role on our team. Our UX developer will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and designs, and ultimately aligning user behavior to actions that drive results.
You’ll be working alongside other developer and marketers collaborating and iterating on the user experience for our sites and our client's sites to make them better and more user friendly.

UX Developer Skills and Expertise:

Translate user behavior and research into actionable data.
Create concepts, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user ---------- sign and create mockups and user journeys for a wide range of devices including mobile.
Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behavior.
Rapid design and testing methodology.
Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to the rest of the team and upper management.
Experienced user of UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus other softwares.
