MYVO is looking to hire a qualified virtual assistant to help our company reach new heights.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. MYVO strives to provide a stable work environment for our team members where they can feel accomplished and appreciated.
Responsibilities:
Customer service support
Manage large amounts of incoming/outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Data entry and research.
Manage calendars, and schedule/cancel meetings.
Assist in other projects or tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proficient in English
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Other Requirements:
PC able to run several programs at a time Internet connection of 10 Mbps
Noise cancellation headsets
Quiet home environment
Full-time availability
