What You Will Do / Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for handling all transactions from Offer-to-Close within our new business venture HomeLight Cash Close™.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of our buy-side and sell-side real estate transactions from our “Cash Offer” and “Trade In” products.
- Work with, and communicate with our Transaction and Home Loans team in Northern California (PST).
- Coordinate all aspects from offer till close for each transaction. (~30 per month)
- Work with our agent partners to coordinate their listing and marketing timelines for sell-side transactions in the United States
- Communicate with our real estate agents, and clients (buyers and sellers) in the United States.
- Identify potential risks in each transaction and communicate those to our Transaction team in Northern California.
- Update our internal proprietary CRM on a daily basis to make sure all communication is up to date.
- Draft all agreements, contracts, and amendments for all transactions, while keeping in mind specifications for each location.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions in CA is required. Knowledge of real estate transactions in AZ, TX, and FL is a bonus.
- Ensure compliance with each transaction. Candidates must have experience reviewing real estate documents and have interest in compliance / risk.
- Monitor and validate disbursement and receipt of funds and fee payments.
