VA with E-Commerce experience

Position Hours: Part-Time 20 hours/week

Skills Required:
Proficient in English, Oral and written
Phone skills; email skills, live and text chat
Experience using Shopify, WooCommerce, or GrooveKart or similar e-commerce shopping cart platform
Photo graphics editing/layout
Video editing and transcription skills
Social media posting skills

Duties:
Utilize GrooveKart e-commerce storefront to run customer store sales platform
Place customer orders with wholesaler and make payments via credit card to wholesaler
Resize and edit all product photos
Load and edit all product descriptions, autoresponder emails, other text
Create landing pages and marketing funnels utilizing photos, videos, and text in GrooveFunnels for marketing product promotions.
Posting, replies, and monitoring of social media marketing utilizing Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google My Business
Ad development, operations, and monitoring of Facebook Ads, Google Ads
Create course cover pages.
Edit online course videos; create module course workbooks; and load content to online platform.
Answer daily customer service emails and phone calls from e-commerce site, landing pages, and social media.
Follow up with leads through phone, email, text messaging, text chat to close sales
